The unreleased NES version of Sim City has been uncovered 27 years after it was first show at an electronics show in 1991.
Frank Cifaldi, founder of the Video Game History Foundation, has dumped the rom online so that it can finally be played by the public. The reason for its cancellation was likely due to the fact that the Super Nintendo was slated for release later that year and it made sense for Nintendo to instead create a more advanced port for their new console.
